We do not have a call centre, we have tried this approach but it is expensive and ineffective.
We prefer to employ people who can do things! A call centre simply annoys you!
Started in early 2000 by Robert Slater and David Heath we quickly grew to support over a 100 businesses from end to end. In late 2006 David left the business and Robert took over.
