We use Ubuntu in the office and run Linux and Windows internally.

What you need:
Good Linux Experience. Command line and GUI.
We use SME 7, VMware, and Ubuntu Extensively.
Some clients use Windows 2003 server
Windows XP, Vista
Ideally
You don't mind talking to people on the phone and occasionally working late to get a server back online.
Out of hours support is offered by Synaptic and sometimes it would be nice if you could cover it.
You need to enjoy solving problems and be self motivated.
Some php/mysql would be advantageous.
