The issue was resolved within 4 hours. We are progressively making changes on clients domain records to make sure this doesn't happen again!

Many systems are under denial of serivice attack. The DNS provider has dropped out for the second time in a month.
WorldwideDNS is under a Denial of Service attack. Our firewalls are blocking malicious traffic but may be blocking some legitimate traffic. If you are experiencing problems, please email support@worldwidedns.net. We will send out an email when all issues have been resolved. Thank your for your understanding.
All servers are unreachable BY NAME until the issue is resolved. We have no ETA from the upstream provider..

During an upgrade of our mail server we managed to break it.. Plumbers and leaky taps and all that
We were down for short periods during the night and then again this morning.
This will NOT affect your mail.
We have a redundant system in the USA

The Problem has been fixed, but DNS takes some time to propagate across the Internet.
Most servers should be ok by 9.00am Australian time
